Our site fee is $9,500
Your rental fee includes parking, a 40 x 60 ft barn, a 30 x 75 ft tent, reception tables and chairs, ceremony chairs, cocktail tables, patio furniture, lighting, bathrooms, heating and air conditioning, a fire pit, rehearsal time, on-site visits for planning and a guest cottage for day-of use.
No, we host only one wedding per weekend, always on Saturday.
We are a seasonal venue that runs June through the end of October.

Yes, we have a guest cottage (3 bedroom/2.5 baths) on the property.
We do not have an onsite coordinator, but the owners of the estate will be available through the duration of the weekend to assist you in any way.
All events must end by 10pm. We provide five hours for your cocktail/reception and an additional hour for your ceremony.
Yes – décor must be approved by us in advance and cannot be a fire hazard. We do not allow non-composting items (e.g. fake flowers) to be tossed by your flower girl or guests after the ceremony.
No, we do not allow drones at Tyrone Farm.
Yes – lighting must be approved by us in advance. We do not allow strobes, snow/smoke machines, excessive light rigs, moving lights.
Yes, we allow up to an hour for your ceremony rehearsal, coordinated by Tyrone Farm.
No, we cannot accommodate your rehearsal dinner.
All alcohol must be served by one of our licensed vendors with a catering liquor license issued by the state of Connecticut.
